All Sales Final

Because our trading cards are made-to-order and often limited or personalized, we do not accept returns or refunds once an order is placed. This includes:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Shipping delays outside our control

  • Minor variations in card finish, color, or appearance due to print-on-demand processes

Damaged or Misprinted Items
We stand behind the quality of our cards. If your item arrives damaged or contains a production error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@hayloftcollectibles.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • A short description of the problem

If your claim is approved, we will issue a replacement card at no additional cost.

Limited Edition & Autograph Cards
Due to the scarcity of certain limited-run or autographed cards, exact replacements may not always be available. In such cases, we may offer:

  • A comparable replacement product

  • Store credit

  • A partial refund (evaluated on a case-by-case basis)

Delayed or Lost Shipments
We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS or other carriers. Please check your tracking number for updates. If you believe your order is lost, contact us and we’ll help investigate.
