Shipping policy

Thank you for your order from Hayloft Collectibles! Each of our trading cards is made to order and crafted with care. Please review the following information regarding processing and shipping times.

Processing Time

- All trading cards are made-to-order and typically require 5–10 business days to produce before they ship.
- During product launches, holidays, or promotional periods, processing times may be extended slightly.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

- We ship via USPS First Class Mail by default for most orders.
- Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days for U.S. customers.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Rates

- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.
- We currently only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Combined Orders

- If you place multiple orders within a short timeframe, we may combine them into one shipment to reduce waste and costs.
- If this occurs, you will be notified and any excess shipping charges may be refunded.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

- If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days of shipment, please reach out to us at support@hayloftcollectibles.com and we’ll investigate the issue.
- We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect shipping addresses or carrier disruptions outside our control (e.g., weather events, USPS backlog).

Damaged Items

- If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage so we can work with you on a solution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Preorders & Special Editions

- Preorder or limited edition card releases may include longer processing times.
- Any delays will be clearly communicated on the product page and/or via email.
