Welcome to Hayloft Collectibles! We specialize in made-to-order, limited edition, and NIL-themed collectible trading cards. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of the Website

By using this site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian. You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

2. Made-to-Order Product Disclaimer

Most products sold by Hayloft Collectibles, LLC are custom-printed on demand. This includes NIL debut cards, limited editions, autograph cards, and specialty releases. Because products are not pre-manufactured, production and shipping times may vary and are outlined on our Shipping Policy page.

3. Product Accuracy & Variability

We make every effort to represent our products accurately through images and descriptions. However, due to the nature of print-on-demand processes and material availability (e.g., holographic stock, foil variations), minor differences in appearance may occur. These variations do not constitute defects.

4. Ownership & Licensing

All trading card designs, logos, and branded elements are the intellectual property of Hayloft Collectibles, LLC or licensed through NIL agreements with individual athletes. Reproduction, resale, or distribution without written permission is strictly prohibited.

5. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as listed at checkout.

6. Order Fulfillment & Shipping

Because our products are made-to-order:

Fulfillment may take 5–10 business days or longer during high-volume periods or for special editions.
Shipping time is in addition to production time.

7. Refunds & Returns

Due to the custom nature of our products:

All sales are final.
We only accept returns or offer replacements in cases of:
- Damaged items during shipping
- Misprints or significant production errors

To initiate a request, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@hayloftcollectibles.com with photos and order details.

8. Limitation of Liability

Hayloft Collectibles, LLC is not liable for:

Delays caused by third-party print providers, shipping carriers, or supply chain disruptions
Minor design variations resulting from the production process
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of the website or our products

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for your order.

9. Privacy & Data Use

We collect and use customer data according to our Privacy Policy. By placing an order, you consent to our use of your information for processing and communication purposes.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website after any such changes constitutes your agreement to the updated Terms.
